neurociencias que eval\u00faa las relaciones entre conducta y cerebro. Consiste en realizar una <strong>evaluaci\u00f3n<\/strong> exhaustiva de la conducta, estado de \u00e1nimo y funciones cognitivas (atenci\u00f3n, memoria, funciones ejecutivas, lenguaje\u2026) que permite <strong>describir<\/strong> y realizar un <strong>diagn\u00f3stico<\/strong> de cada perfil cognitivo tanto en personas sanas como en personas que han sufrido alguno da\u00f1o cerebral.<\/p>\n<h3>Evaluaci\u00f3n neuropsicol\u00f3gica:<\/h3>\n<p>Se basa en una recogida de informaci\u00f3n con la intenci\u00f3n de obtener <strong>el perfil cognitivo de cada persona<\/strong>, teniendo en cuenta los puntos fuertes y debilidades, para as\u00ed poder <strong>dise\u00f1ar un plan de intervenci\u00f3n<\/strong> adaptado a las necesidades espec\u00edficas de cada individuo.<\/p>\n<h3>Rehabilitaci\u00f3n neuropsicol\u00f3gica:<\/h3>\n<p>El objetivo principal se centra en <strong>promover la autonom\u00eda, funcionalidad y bienestar emocional de cada individu<\/strong>o. Se trabajar\u00e1n aquellas dificultades y se potenciar\u00e1n los puntos fuertes observados durante el proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n con la intenci\u00f3n de generalizar las estrategias reforzadas en
